The Great Teapot Challenge

In celebration of the launch of Mine!, I invited the pupils of some local primary schools in Lincolnshire to take part in The Great Teapot Challenge!

I asked pupils to design a teapot. Would they create a fat happy teapot? A thin ladylike teapot? A teapot that looks like its owner? A leopard-print teapot for a leopard? A peacock’s teapot with a stunning feathered tail?

The results were fantastic! I received a Halloween teapot, a fire engine teapot, happy teapots, rainbow teapots, Lego teapots… Click here and also here to see the brilliant gallery of submissions from St Peter in Eastgate Church of England Infant School and Willoughton Primary School and St Faith’s Church of England Infant School – Which ones are your favourites?

It was extremely hard to choose winners, but these are the entries that particularly caught my eye.
